New & Existing Venue Planning

Next Level Entertainment Founder Dan Melillo, has been involved in the restaurant business since 2010, when he partnered with his brother and opened a family restaurant named On The Rocks. Both he and his brother are second generation building contractors. Dan Melillo also runs a Design/Build Firm in Newport Beach with vast experience in both Residential & Commercial buildings. In addition to doing the Design/Build for the On The Rocks restaurants, other companies include Sketchers and Remax Realtors to name a few. If you are opening a new restaurant, we can help you from Planning & Design to completion. If you just want to make some minor upgrades to your Venue, we can help with that as well.

Social Media Services

Next Level Entertainment will provide social media services to promote the Venue Events and Specials. The services include Graphics Design, for Instagram Posts, Reels and Stories, Facebook Event Posts, and Venue
Specials Posts.

Band Booking Service

Next Level Entertainment has three band levels. The levels are Silver, Gold and Platinum. The Venue pays the Band Rate directly to the band. NLE will invoice the Venue for the band booking rate and any other monthly services provided to the Venue by NLE.

Band / Event Poster

Next Level Entertainment will provide Event posters to the Venue each
month. The posters include graphic designs showing bands and events at the
venue each month. The posters are quality, high resolution heavy stock
paper, and will be delivered directly to the Venue by the 1st of each month.
